The Mai Tai is a tropical cocktail that originated in California, but its taste transports you straight to the beaches of Polynesia. Created by Victor J. “Trader Vic” Bergeron in 1944, the Mai Tai became a symbol of Tiki culture. With its refreshing mix of rum, lime, and orange flavors, this cocktail is perfect for summer get-togethers or anytime you want to feel like you’re on vacation.
