60 ml 2 fl oz London dry gin

30 ml 1 fl oz freshly squeezed lime juice

15 ml 1/2 fl oz raspberry syrup

Instructions
- Add ice cubes to your cocktail shaker.
- Measure and pour the London dry gin, freshly squeezed lime juice, and raspberry syrup into the shaker.
- Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the mixture is well-chilled.
- Using the strainer, pour the mixture into a rock glass filled with fresh ice.
- Pour chilled ginger beer over the mixture to top off the drink.
- Garnish with a few fresh raspberries for a pop of color and added flavor.
Notes
- To make raspberry syrup, simmer equal parts fresh raspberries, sugar, and water until the sugar dissolves. Strain out the solids and let the syrup cool before using.
