Ingredients
45 ml 1 1/2 fl oz vodka
45 ml 1 1/2 fl oz white rum
30 ml 1 fl oz amaretto
90 ml 3 fl oz orange juice
90 ml 3 fl oz pineapple juice
Ice cubes

Cocktail Shaker
Hawthorne strainer
Jigger
Highball glass
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, rum, amaretto, orange juice and pineapple juice.
- Add ice to the shaker. Close the shaker and shake well until the mixture is well chilled.
- Strain the cocktail into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a slice of orange or a cherry, if desired.
