Ingredients

  • 60 ml 2 fl oz gin

  • 15 ml 1/2 fl oz elderflower liqueur (like St-Germain)

  • 15 ml 1/2 fl oz fresh lime juice

  • 15 ml 1/2 fl oz simple syrup

  • 3 slices 3 slices cucumber slices

  • 60 ml 2 soda water (to top)

  • Ice cubes

  • Strainer
  • Muddler
  • Jigger
  • Highball glass

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker, gently muddle 3-4 slices of cucumber to release their juices.
  • Add the gin, elderflower liqueur, lime juice, and simple syrup into the shaker.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 10-15 seconds.
  • Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
  • Pour soda water over the cocktail and give it a gentle stir.
  • Add a thin cucumber slice or twist of lime as garnish.

Notes

  • For an even more refreshing flavor, chill the cucumber slices beforehand and serve the White Linen with extra-large ice cubes to slow dilution.
