Ingredients
60 ml 2 1/5 fl oz vodka
15 ml 1/2 fl oz dry vermouth
3 3 cocktail onions
Equipment
Mixing glass
Bar spoon
Hawthorne strainer
Jigger
Martini glass
Instructions
- Chill your martini glass or coupe by filling it with ice and water, then set aside.
- Add the vodka and dry vermouth to your mixing glass.
- Fill the mixing glass 3/4 full with ice cubes.
- Stir gently for about 30 seconds until the mixture is well-chilled.
- Empty the ice water from your serving glass.
- Strain the cocktail into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with 2-3 cocktail onions on a cocktail pick.
