Ingredients
60 ml 2 fl oz Lyre’s American Malt
1 dash 1 dash simple syrup
2 dashes 2 dashes non-alcoholic aromatic bitters
Ice

Old Fashioned glass
Jigger
Bar spoon
Instructions
- Place a large ice cube in the Old Fashioned glass.
- Pour Lyre’s American Malt, 1 dash of simple syrup, and 2 dashes of non-alcoholic bitters into the glass.
- Gently stir with a bar spoon to combine the ingredients.
- Twist the orange peel over the drink to release the oils, then drop it into the glass. (optional)
Notes
- To add an extra touch of sophistication, use a large ice cube mold. Larger ice cubes melt more slowly, keeping your drink colder for longer without diluting the flavor.
