Trinidad Sour Cocktail Recipe

The Trinidad Sour is a bold, unique cocktail that showcases an unexpected star: Angostura bitters. While bitters usually play a supporting role, in this drink, they take center stage, creating a distinctive flavor profile that’s rich, spicy, and slightly bitter with hints of almond and citrus. Created by bartender Giuseppe Gonzalez in 2009, this modern classic has gained a devoted following for its intense yet balanced taste.
