Ingredients

  • 45 ml 1 1/2 fl oz vodka

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz blue curaçao

  • 15 ml 1/2 fl oz freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 15 ml 1/2 fl oz simple syrup

  • 60 ml 2 fl oz chilled coconut water

  • Ice cubes

  • Lemon wheel or twist, for garnish

Equipment

  • Shaker
  • Jigger
  • Highball glass
  • Hawthorne strainer
  • Citrus press

Instructions

  • Fill your cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  • Measure and add the vodka, blue curaçao, lemon juice, simple syrup, and coconut water to the shaker.
  • Secure the shaker’s lid and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds, until the outside of the shaker feels cold.
  • Fill your Collins or highball glass with ice cubes.
  • Strain the cocktail into the glass, using a Hawthorne strainer if necessary.
  • Garnish with a lemon wheel or twist.

Notes

  • For a fun twist on this recipe, try using sparkling coconut water instead of till coconut water. This will give your Holy Water Drink a refreshing effervescence.
