Ingredients
- For the Syrup:
250 ml 1 cup water
200 g 1/2 cup granulated sugar
100 g 1/2 cup Sweet Tart candies (color or color combination of your choice, here we’ve chosen blue)
- For the Shot:
30 ml 1 fl oz Vodka
15 ml 1/4 fl oz Sweet Tart syrup
Sanding sugar for rimming the glass (optional)
Equipment
- Cocktail Shaker
- Jigger
- Strainer
- Shot Glass
- Saucepan
Instructions
- Make the Syrup:
- Combine water, sugar, and Sweet Tart candies in a saucepan.
- Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes until thickened.
- Cool completely before use.
- Prepare the Shot:
- Rim the shot glass with sanding sugar if desired.
- In a shaker filled with ice, combine vodka and Sweet Tart syrup.
- Shake well and strain into the prepared shot glass.
Notes
- The syrup can be stored in the fridge for up to a month.
