90 ml 3 fl oz strawberry soju

90 ml 3 fl oz sparkling water

90 ml 3 fl oz strawberry Calpico

Ice cubes

Instructions
- In a highball glass, muddle the diced strawberries to release their juices.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes to chill the ingredients.
- Pour in the strawberry soju, sparkling water and strawberry Calpico over the ice.
- Stir the cocktail gently to combine all the ingredients evenly.
- Garnish with a whole strawberry or a slice on the rim of the glass.
Notes
- For an even fruitier taste, add a splash of fresh strawberry puree.
