Strawberry Daiquiri Cocktail Recipe

The Strawberry Daiquiri brings vibrant berry sweetness to one of Cuba’s most celebrated cocktails. While the classic daiquiri (rum, lime, sugar) dates back to the late 1800s in the mining town of Daiquirí, its strawberry variation emerged later as bartenders began experimenting with fresh fruits. This refreshing cocktail balances the bright acidity of lime with the natural sweetness of ripe strawberries and the complex notes of white rum – creating a drink that’s sophisticated yet approachable, perfect for warm summer evenings or whenever you crave a taste of the tropics.
