Ingredients
10 leaves 10 leaves Fresh mint leaves
30 ml 1 fl oz Fresh lime juice
60 ml 2 fl oz Spiced rum
15 ml 1/2 fl oz Simple syrup
Club soda (To top up)
Ice cubes
Lime wedge (for garnish)
Mint sprig (for garnish)

Instructions
- Place the mint leaves in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Gently muddle the mint with a muddler, just enough to release the essential oils without tearing the leaves.
- Add the lime juice, spiced rum, and simple syrup to the shaker. Fill it halfway with ice cubes.
- Shake the mixture briefly, about 5–10 seconds, to blend the flavors.
- Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top up with club soda to your taste. Give it a gentle stir with a bar spoon to combine.
- Add a lime wedge and a sprig of mint for a refreshing look and aroma.
