Ingredients

  • 45 ml 1 1/2 fl oz vanilla vodka

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz Baileys Irish Cream

  • 15 ml 1/2 fl oz cinnamon schnapps

  • 60 ml 2 fl oz heavy cream

  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon cinnamon sugar (for garnish)

Equipment

  • Cocktail shaker
  • Strainer
  • Jigger
  • Martini glass

Instructions

  • Dip the rim of the martini glass in water or honey, then coat it with cinnamon sugar. Set aside.
  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the vanilla vodka, Baileys Irish Cream, cinnamon schnapps, and half-and-half or heavy cream. Fill the shaker with ice.
  • Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to ensure all ingredients are well mixed and chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into your prepared glass.
  • Optionally, sprinkle a little extra cinnamon sugar on top for extra flavor.
