45 ml 1 1/2 fl oz Mezcal
22.5 ml 3/4 fl oz Cointreau
30 ml 1 fl oz watermelon juice, freshly pressed
15 ml 1/2 fl oz hibiscus simple syrup
15 ml 1/2 fl oz lime juice, freshly squeezed
Fresh rosemary sprig (for garnish)
100-proof alcohol, for soaking

Instructions
- Submerge the rosemary sprig upside down in 100-proof alcohol for five minutes to prepare it for flaming.
- Fill your cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
- Add the mezcal, Cointreau, watermelon juice, hibiscus simple syrup, and lime juice to the shaker.
- Shake the mixture vigorously until well-chilled, about 20 seconds.
- Double strain the cocktail into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice, ensuring a smooth drink without pulp or ice shards.
- Place the soaked rosemary sprig upright in the glass. Light it with a lighter or match just before serving. Allow it to burn briefly, then extinguish before drinking.
