  • 22.5 ml 3/4 fl oz Cointreau

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz watermelon juice, freshly pressed

  • 15 ml 1/2 fl oz hibiscus simple syrup

  • 15 ml 1/2 fl oz lime juice, freshly squeezed

  • Fresh rosemary sprig (for garnish)

  • 100-proof alcohol, for soaking

  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Submerge the rosemary sprig upside down in 100-proof alcohol for five minutes to prepare it for flaming.
