Ingredients

  • 22.5 ml 3/4 fl oz gin

  • 7.5 ml 1/4 fl oz cherry liqueur

  • 7.5 ml 1/4 fl oz Cointreau

  • 7.5 ml 1/4 fl oz Bénédictine 

  • 15 ml 1/2 fl oz fresh lime juice

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz pineapple juice

  • 1 dash 1 dash Angostura bitters

  • Ice cubes

  • pineapple slice and maraschino cherry

Equipment

  • Hurricane glass
  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Hawthorne strainer
  • Jigger
  • Bar spoon

Instructions

  • Fill your cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.
  • Add the gin, cherry liqueur, Cointreau, Bénédictine, pineapple juice, angostura bitters, and lime juice to the shaker.
  • Shake the mixture vigorously for about 10-15 seconds until well-chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into a hurricane glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Garnish with a pineapple slice and maraschino cherry.
