Siesta Cocktail Recipe

The Siesta cocktail is a modern classic that perfectly balances the bright agave notes of tequila with the bittersweet complexity of Campari. Created in 2006 by bartender Katie Stipe, this vibrant cocktail was inspired by the Hemingway Daiquiri but takes a bold departure by swapping rum for tequila and adding a touch of Campari. With its refreshing grapefruit and lime combination, the Siesta offers a perfect balance of citrus, sweetness, and subtle bitterness that makes it ideal for warm afternoons or evening gatherings.
