Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location.
- International Shipping: Available to select countries with delivery times ranging from 7 to 15 business days, depending on customs clearance and local postal services.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can track your order using the provided link or through our Order Tracking page on the website.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination. While we strive to meet these estimates, unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, customs inspections, or courier issues may impact delivery schedules.

International Shipping
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations. Mojo Cocktail is not responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs authorities. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local customs policies.
Delays due to customs processing are beyond our control, and we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Certain remote or restricted locations due to carrier limitations.
If you are unsure whether we can ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt at info@mojococktail.com, providing:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the damaged package and items.
- A detailed description of the issue.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund if applicable.
Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
Orders returned to us as “undeliverable” will be subject to a reshipping fee or refund, excluding the initial shipping cost.
