Ingredients

  • 45 ml 1 1/2 fl oz vodka

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz cranberry juice

  • 15 ml 1/2 fl oz triple sec

  • 15 ml 1/2 fl oz lime juice

  • 15 ml 1/2 fl oz simple syrup

  • Coconut flakes (for rim)

  • Corn syrup (for rim)

  • Ice cubes

  • Martini glass

Instructions

  • Dip the rim of the martini glass in corn syrup, then roll it in coconut flakes to resemble the white, fluffy trim of Santa’s hat. Set the glass aside.
  • In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, cranberry juice, triple sec, lime juice, and simple syrup. Add ice and shake well for 15–20 seconds.
  • Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass.
  • For an extra festive touch, you can add a small strawberry or cherry on top of the rim to represent Santa’s hat pom-pom.
