Ingredients

  • 60 ml 2 fl oz Bourbon Whiskey

  • 15 ml 1/2 fl oz Salted Caramel Syrup

  • 2 dashes 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

  • Orange Peel

  • Ice Cubes

Equipment

  • Old Fashioned Glass
  • Bar Spoon
  • Jigger

Instructions

  • Place a few ice cubes in your Old Fashioned glass.
  • Pour the bourbon, salted caramel syrup, and bitters directly into the glass.
  • Use a bar spoon to stir the mixture gently for about 20-30 seconds, allowing the flavors to combine and the ice to slightly dilute the drink.
  • Express the oils from an orange peel over the drink by gently twisting it. Rub the peel around the rim of the glass, then drop it into the drink for a fragrant finish.
