Ingredients

  • 60 ml 2 fl oz White rum

  • 60 ml 2 fl oz Pineapple juice

  • 45 ml 2 fl oz Cream of coconut

  • 1 splash 1 splash Lime juice

  • Ice cubes

Equipment

  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Hawthorne strainer
  • Jigger
  • Rock glass

Instructions

  • Fill your cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.
  • Add the light rum, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and a splash of lime juice.
  • Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the outside of the shaker becomes frosty.
  • Strain the mixture into your serving glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Garnish with a pineapple wedge or lime wheel if desired.
