45 ml 1 1/2 fl oz dark rum
15 ml 1/2 fl oz heavy cream
1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon sugar
1 1 fresh whole egg
Grated nutmeg, for garnish

Instructions
- Add the granulated sugar, fresh whole egg, dark rum, and heavy cream into the cocktail shaker.
- Perform a dry shake by shaking vigorously without ice for about 10-15 seconds to emulsify the egg and mix the ingredients.
- Add ice to the cocktail shaker and shake again for another 15 seconds to chill the mixture.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass or rocks glass.
- Garnish by grating fresh nutmeg over the top for an aromatic finish.
