In a cocktail shaker, add vodka, Aperol, Saint Germain elderflower liqueur, freshly squeezed ruby grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed lime juice, and pasteurized egg white. Shake the mixture without ice for about 30 seconds to froth the egg white. Add a handful of ice and shake vigorously for another 20 seconds until well chilled. Double strain the mixture into the chilled coup or martini glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel. Notes You can adjust the sweetness by adding a bit of simple syrup if desired.
