Refund and Returns Policy

Customers of Mojo Cocktail have 14 days from the date of receiving their order to initiate a return. To start the return process, please submit a request via the contact form on our website or email us directly at info@mojococktail.com, including your order number.

Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In their original condition, unused and undamaged.
  • Returned with all original components, including packaging, accessories, and manuals.

If the returned item is damaged, incomplete, or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deny the refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for ensuring that items are securely packaged to prevent damage during the return process.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked return service to avoid any disputes regarding the receipt of the returned item.

Mojo Cocktail is not liable for returns lost in transit, and it is the customer’s responsibility to provide proof of delivery if required.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order. Your request must include:

  • A detailed description of the issue.
  • Photos clearly showing the defect or incorrect item.

Send all details to info@mojococktail.com. Claims submitted after the 48-hour period may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Exclusions

Please note the following exclusions apply to our return policy:

  • Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
  • Items purchased as part of a promotion that included a free gift must be returned with the promotional item to qualify for a refund.
  • Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect.

Refund Procedure

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Refunds may take additional time to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Cost Refunds

  • Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
  • If a refund is issued, return shipping fees will not be included in the refunded amount.

Customers are encouraged to use a tracked delivery service for returning items to ensure successful receipt.
