Ingredients

  • 45 ml 1 1/2 fl oz Red Stag bourbon

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz Peach Schnapps

  • 15 ml 1/2 fl oz Sour Mix

  • Ice cubes

Equipment

  • Cocktail shaker
  • Jigger
  • Strainer
  • Shot glass

Instructions

  • Fill the cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.
  • Using a jigger, measure and add Red Stag bourbon, peach schnapps and sour mix into the shaker.
  • Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
  • train the mixture into a shot glass.

Notes

  • If you prefer a sweeter cocktail, add a dash of simple syrup to the mix.
