Ingredients

  • 60 ml 2 fl oz White rum

  • 6-8 6-8 Fresh raspberries

  • 8-10 8-10 Leaves Fresh mint leaves

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz Lime juice

  • 15 ml 1/2 fl oz Simple syrup

  • 60 ml 2 fl oz Club soda

  • 240 ml 1 cup Crushed ice

  • Highball glass
  • Muddler

Instructions

  • In a highball glass, add 6-8 fresh raspberries, 8-10 fresh mint leaves, and simple syrup. Gently muddle the ingredients to release the flavors without overly smashing the raspberries.
  • Pour in freshly squeezed lime juice and white rum. Stir gently to mix.
  • Fill the glass with crushed ice, packing it tightly to the top.
  • Slowly pour club soda over the ice.
  • Stir gently to combine, then garnish with a sprig of mint and a few whole raspberries.

Notes

  • To enhance the mint flavor, slap the mint leaves between your palms before muddling. This helps to release the essential oils, giving your mojito a more aromatic and flavorful mint profile.
