Ingredients
60 ml 2 fl oz vodka
10 10 fresh raspberries
15 ml 1/2 fl oz fresh lime juice
120 ml 4 fl oz ginger beer
Ice cubes
Mint sprig (for garnish)
Extra raspberries (for garnish)

Instructions
- In a copper mug, muddle the fresh raspberries using a muddler or the back of a spoon. Gently press to release the juices, ensuring you don’t break the seeds.
- Pour the vodka and fresh lime juice directly into the mug over the muddled raspberries.
- Fill the mug with ice cubes.
- Pour in the ginger beer to fill the mug.
- Using a long spoon, gently stir everything together in the mug until the ingredients are well combined.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and a few extra raspberries. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For a slightly sweeter Raspberry Mule, add a teaspoon of simple syrup before stirring, or use ginger ale in place of ginger beer for a milder ginger flavor.
