Ingredients
8 8 fresh mint leaves
12 12 raspberries
1 1 lime
2 teaspoons 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
60 ml 2 fl oz white rum
120 ml 4 fl oz soda water
Ice cubes

Highball glass
Instructions
- In the highball glass, add the fresh mint leaves, raspberries, and lime wedges. Sprinkle the sugar over them, then use a muddler to gently mash everything together.
- Pour in the white rum, stirring gently to combine the flavors.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes and top with soda water. Stir to mix the drink thoroughly.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and a few extra raspberries for a beautiful presentation. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For an extra burst of flavor, use sparkling raspberry water instead of plain soda water, or substitute half the soda water with a splash of raspberry liqueur.
