Ingredients
60 ml 2 fl oz vodka
30 ml 1 fl oz raspberry liqueur
15 ml 1/2 fl oz fresh lemon juice
15 ml 1/2 fl oz simple syrup
3 1/8 fl oz fresh raspberries
Ice cubes

Cocktail Shaker
Hawthorne strainer
Jigger
Martini glass
Muddler
Fine mesh strainer
Instructions
- Chill your martini glass by filling it with ice and water; set aside
- In your cocktail shaker, gently muddle 3 fresh raspberries
- Add vodka, raspberry liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup
- Fill the shaker with ice
- Shake vigorously for 10-12 seconds until well-chilled
- Empty your martini glass of ice and water
- Double strain the cocktail through both strainers into the chilled glass to ensure no raspberry seeds make it into the final drink
- Garnish with a fresh raspberry or three on a cocktail pick
