Ingredients

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz coconut rum

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz white rum

  • 90 ml 3 fl oz pineapple juice

  • 15 ml 1/2 fl oz grenadine syrup

  • 15 ml 1/2 fl oz blue curaçao

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz water

  • Ice cubes

Equipment

  • Highball glass
  • Bar spoon
  • Jigger

Instructions

  • Fill your highball glass about halfway with ice cubes.
  • Pour the grenadine syrup over the ice, allowing it to settle at the bottom of the glass.
  • In a separate container, mix the coconut rum, white rum, and pineapple juice.
  • Gently pour this mixture over the back of a bar spoon onto the ice to create a layer above the grenadine.
  • In another container, mix the water and blue curaçao.
  • Very carefully, pour the blue mixture over the back of the bar spoon to create the top layer of the cocktail and serve.
