Instructions
- Halve the passion fruit and scoop out one half for garnish. Measure out the vodka, passion fruit liqueur, purée, vanilla syrup, and lime juice.
- Fill your shaker with ice. Add the vodka, passion fruit liqueur, passion fruit purée, vanilla syrup, and lime juice. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
- Using a fine mesh strainer, pour the mixture into a chilled martini or coupe glass to ensure a smooth texture.
- Float the halved passion fruit on top of the drink for a vibrant presentation.
- Pour the sparkling wine into a shot glass and serve it alongside the cocktail.
