Ingredients
- For the Martini:
45 ml 1 1/2 fl oz Vodka
30 ml 1 fl oz Passion Fruit Liqueur
30 ml 1 fl oz Passion Fruit Purée
15 ml 1/2 fl oz Vanilla Syrup
15 ml 1/2 fl oz Lime Juice
Ice cubes
- For the Side:
30 ml 1 fl oz Sparkling Wine (Champagne or Prosecco)
1 1 Fresh Passion Fruit (halved)

Instructions
- Halve the passion fruit and scoop out one half for garnish. Measure out the vodka, passion fruit liqueur, purée, vanilla syrup, and lime juice.
- Fill your shaker with ice. Add the vodka, passion fruit liqueur, passion fruit purée, vanilla syrup, and lime juice. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
- Using a fine mesh strainer, pour the mixture into a chilled martini or coupe glass to ensure a smooth texture.
- Float the halved passion fruit on top of the drink for a vibrant presentation.
- Pour the sparkling wine into a shot glass and serve it alongside the cocktail.
Notes
- For an extra aromatic touch, lightly torch the passion fruit garnish before placing it in the glass. This caramelizes the edges and adds depth to the cocktail’s fragrance.
