Ingredients
30 ml 1 fl oz Pistachio Liqueur
15 ml 1/2 fl oz heavy cream
15 ml 1/2 fl oz Vodka
Crushed pistachios for garnish (optional)

Instructions
- Start by placing a small amount of crushed pistachios on a small plate. Wet the rim of a shot glass and gently press it into the crushed pistachios to coat the rim. Set aside.
- In a shaker, combine the pistachio liqueur, heavy cream, and vodka. Add ice and shake well until the mixture is well chilled, about 10-15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared shot glass.
