Instructions
- Pour in Pisco, fresh pineapple juice, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and simple syrup

- Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds to thoroughly mix and chill the ingredients.
- Strain the mixture into a rock glass filled with fresh ice.

- Garnish with a slice or wedge of pineapple on the rim of the glass.
