60 ml 2 fl oz Brandy (Cognac)
30 ml 1 fl oz Sweet vermouth
2 dashes 2 Angostura bitters
Ice cubes
Maraschino cherry or lemon twist (for garnish)

Instructions
- In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine the brandy, sweet vermouth, and 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.
- Stir the mixture gently with a bar spoon for about 30 seconds until well-chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry or a twist of lemon.
