Peach Shrub Cocktail Recipe

The peach shrub cocktail is a refreshing and tangy drink with roots in the colonial era. Shrubs, which are sweetened vinegar-based syrups, were traditionally used to preserve fruit and add zest to beverages. This peach shrub cocktail combines the sweetness of ripe peaches with the tartness of vinegar for a balanced, unique flavor perfect for summer sipping.
