Ingredients

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz Irish Cream Liqueur

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz Butterscotch Schnapps

  • 15 ml 1/2 fl oz Cinnamon Schnapps

  • Ice cubes

  • Hawthorne strainer
  • Jigger
  • Rock glass

Instructions

  • Begin by filling the cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.
  • Measure and pour the Irish Cream Liqueur, Butterscotch Schnapps, and Cinnamon Schnapps into the shaker using a jigger.
  • Securely place the lid on the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds. This ensures the ingredients are well mixed and chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into an rock glass filled with ice and serve.

Notes

  • For an extra touch of sweetness and crunch, consider rimming the glass with crushed oatmeal cookies. To do this, crush the cookies into a fine powder, wet the rim of your glass with a bit of water or Irish Cream Liqueur, and then dip the rim into the cookie powder to coat it.
