Ingredients
30 ml 1 fl oz Dry Gin
30 ml 1 fl oz White Vermouth (Bianco)
30 ml 1 fl oz Suze or other white bitters
Ice cubes

- Old fashioned glass
Instructions
- Optionally, chill your old fashioned glass in the freezer for a few minutes.
- Fill an old fashioned glass with ice cubes.
- Using a jigger, add dry gin, white vermouth, Suze or other white bitters into the glass.
- Stir the mixture gently with a bar spoon for about 20-30 seconds to ensure everything is well-mixed and chilled.
- Twist an orange peel over the glass to release its oils, then drop it into the drink for a touch of citrus aroma.
