Ingredients
60 ml 2 fl oz Vodka
60 ml 2 fl oz Coffee Liqueur
60 ml 2 fl oz Soda Water
Ice cubes

Old fashioned glass

Instructions
- Start by filling an old-fashioned glass (or rocks glass) with ice cubes to make sure your cocktail is chilled.
- Slowly pour the coffee liqueur over the ice so it sits at the bottom of the glass.
- Use the back of a bar spoon to gently layer the vodka over the coffee liqueur by pouring it slowly down the spoon. This will create a layered effect.
- Top off the drink by adding soda water over the vodka layer. Use the bar spoon to help avoid disrupting the layers.
