Ingredients

  • 45 ml 1 1/2 fl oz mezcal

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz freshly brewed espresso

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz coffee liqueur

  • 15 ml 1/2 fl oz simple syrup

  • coffee beans (Garnish)

  • Ice cubes

Equipment

  • Cocktail shaker
  • Jigger
  • Strainer
  • Martini glass

Instructions

  • Fill your cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.
  • Add freshly brewed espresso, coffee liqueur, and simple syrup into the shaker.
  • Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds until well chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
  • Garnish with a few coffee beans.

Notes

  • For the best flavor, use freshly brewed espresso.
