Ingredients

  • 45 ml 1 1/2 fl oz Tequila

  • 22.5 ml 3/4 fl oz Lime juice

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz Triple sec

  • 2 scoops 2 scoops Vanilla ice cream

  • 60 ml 2 fl oz Club soda

  • Lime wedge

  • Ice

  • Margarita or Coupe glass
  • Cocktail shaker

  • Ice cream scoop
  • Strainer

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine tequila, lime juice, and triple sec. Add ice and shake vigorously for about 10 seconds.
  • Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream into your prepared glass. Pour the shaken margarita mixture over the ice cream.
  • Gently pour the club soda over the ice cream and margarita mixture, filling the glass to the top.
