Ingredients

  • 45 ml 1 1⁄2 fl oz white rum

  • 15 ml 1⁄2 fl oz dark rum

  • 15 ml 1⁄2 fl oz orange curaçao

  • 15 ml 1⁄2 fl oz orgeat syrup

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz lime juice

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz mango juice

  • 5 ml 1⁄4 fl oz simple syrup

  • Mango slice and mint sprig for garnish

Equipment

  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Jigger
  • Hawthorne strainer
  • Rock glass

Instructions

  • Fill the shaker with ice cubes.
  • Pour the light rum, dark rum, orange curaçao, orgeat syrup, lime juice, mango juice, and simple syrup into the shaker.
  • Shake well until all the ingredients are chilled and blended perfectly.
  • Strain the mixture into a rock glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
  • Garnish with a slice of mango and a sprig of mint to add a refreshing touch.
