Ingredients

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz orange juice

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz pineapple juice

  • 15 ml 1/2 fl oz lime juice

  • 15 ml 1/2 fl oz orgeat syrup

  • 60 ml 2 fl oz sparkling water or club soda

  • Ice cubes

  • Hawthorne strainer
  • Jigger
  • Rock glass
  • Bar spoon

Instructions

  • Add the orange juice, pineapple juice, lime juice and orgeat syrup into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  • Secure the lid and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill and mix the ingredients.
  • Strain the mixture into a rocks glass or tiki mug filled with fresh ice.
  • Top with sparkling water or club soda, and gently stir with a bar spoon to combine.
  • Decorate with an orange slice, mint sprig, and maraschino cherry.
