Ingredients

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz Midori Melon Liqueur

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz Coconut Rum

  • 15 ml 1/2 fl oz Banana Liqueur

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz Sweet and Sour Mix

  • 60 ml 2 fl oz Pineapple Juice

  • Ice cubes

  • Hawthorne strainer
  • Jigger
  • Coupe glass

Instructions

  • Begin by filling your cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.
  • Add the Midori Melon Liqueur, Coconut Rum, and Banana Liqueur into the shaker.
  • Pour in the Sweet and Sour Mix and Pineapple Juice.
  • Secure the lid on the shaker and shake well for about 10-15 seconds, until the outside of the shaker feels cold.
  • Strain the mixture into a coupe glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
  • Garnish with a cherry or a slice of pineapple, if desired.
