  • 30 ml 1 fl oz Amaretto

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz Coconut rum

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz Vodka

  • 120 ml 4 fl oz Pineapple juice

  • 15 ml 1/2 fl oz Cranberry juice

  • Ice cubes

  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Jigger
  • Strainer
  • Hurricane glass or highball glass

Instructions

  • Start by filling your shaker halfway with ice cubes.
  • Pour the amaretto, coconut rum, pineapple juice, and cranberry juice into the shaker.
  • Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds to chill the mixture thoroughly.
  • Strain the mixture into a hurricane or highball glass filled with fresh ice.
