Ingredients
90 ml 3 fl oz Prosecco
90 ml 3 fl oz Aperol
30 ml 1 fl oz soda water
A slice of orange
Ice cubes

Instructions
- Fill the glass with ice cubes to chill it. Use a generous amount of ice, as it helps to keep the drink refreshingly cold.
- Measure Aperol using the jigger and pour it into the glass.
- Slowly add Prosecco to the glass, allowing the bubbles to form without overflowing.
- Gently top the drink with soda water.
- Use the bar spoon to lightly stir the ingredients together without dissipating the bubbles. Garnish with a slice of orange on the rim of the glass or inside the drink.
Notes
- For an aromatic touch, gently squeeze the orange slice over the drink to release its oils before dropping it in.
