Ingredients

Metric US

• 60 ml 2 fl oz Tequila blanco

• 22.5 ml 3/4 fl oz Lime juice

• 15 ml 1/2 fl oz Orgeat syrup

• 2 drops 2 drops Orange blossom water

• Crushed ice

Instructions

• In a cocktail shaker, add the tequila blanco, lime juice, orgeat syrup, and orange blossom water.
• Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the outside of the shaker is frosty.
• Strain the mixture into an old-fashioned glass filled with crushed ice.
• (Optional) Lightly grate nutmeg over the top for an aromatic finish.

Notes

• If you prefer a slightly sweeter cocktail, you can add a little more orgeat syrup to taste.
