Ingredients
75 ml 2 1/2 fl oz Gin
1 splash 1 splash Dry Vermouth
Lemon twist or Olive for garnish
Ice Cubes

- Jigger
- Bar Spoon
- Martini Glass
- Strainer
Instructions
- Fill a Martini glass with ice and a splash of dry vermouth to chill it. Let it sit while you prepare the drink.
- Using the jigger, measure and pour gin into the mixing glass filled with ice.
- Swirl the vermouth in the Martini glass and then discard the ice and vermouth, leaving a vermouth-coated glass.
- Stir the gin gently in the mixing glass for about 30 seconds until well-chilled.
- Strain the chilled gin into the prepared Martini glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist or an olive.
Notes
- For a slightly different twist, try using a dash of orange bitters.
