Ingredients

  • 15 ml 1/2 fl oz elderflower liqueur

  • 120 ml 4 fl oz Prosecco

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz soda water

  • 5 5 fresh mint leaves

  • 1 1 lime wedge

  • Ice cubes

  • Jigger
  • Wine glass

Instructions

  • Start by adding a handful of ice cubes to your large wine glass.
  • Lightly slap the mint leaves between your palms to release their aroma and add them to the glass, followed by a lime wedge for a zesty kick.
  • Measure and pour the elderflower syrup into the glass.
  • Gently add the Prosecco and soda water, stirring lightly with a bar spoon to combine the ingredients.
  • Garnish with an extra sprig of mint and serve.
