15 ml 1/2 fl oz Green Chartreuse

15 ml 1/2 fl oz Fresh Lime Juice

5 ml 1/6 fl oz Simple syrup

Instructions
- Place your coupe or martini glass in the freezer for a few minutes to get it nicely chilled.
- In a cocktail shaker, add the gin, Green Chartreuse, and freshly squeezed lime juice.
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the mixture is well-chilled.
- Double strain the mixture into the chilled glass using a fine strainer to remove any ice shards.
