Gold Rush Cocktail Recipe

The Gold Rush cocktail is a delightful modern bourbon classic that has quickly earned its place among beloved whiskey drinks. Created in the early 2000s at the influential New York City bar Milk & Honey, this golden-hued libation is essentially a whiskey sour that swaps traditional simple syrup for rich honey syrup. The combination of robust bourbon, fresh lemon juice, and sweet honey creates a perfectly balanced cocktail with a smooth, luxurious mouthfeel.
