Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger root juice

  • 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon Honey

  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon Water

Instructions

  • Peel the ginger root and grate it finely. If you have a juicer, you can juice it directly to save time.
  • Place the grated ginger in a fine strainer or wrap it in a cheesecloth. Squeeze out as much juice as possible into a small bowl.
  • Combine the ginger juice with lemon juice and water. If you prefer a sweeter shot, add honey and stir well until it’s fully dissolved.
